Intake Admin
Mediation Referral Form submissions from HubSpot. Each row is a live contact. Click Create case to pull it into the Case Tracker as a new open case; the full form payload is copied to the case timeline so nothing is lost. Already-imported referrals show their case reference and an Open case shortcut.

Add a new associate, promote / demote admin, toggle supervisor, or deactivate someone who has left. Every save resyncs the Cloudflare Access allowlist so the sign-in list always matches what you see here.
Admin = full portal access. Uncheck "Show in dropdowns" below if they don't mediate.

Deleted Cases Admin
Cases move here automatically 3 months after the final report is issued. They are hidden from every associate and from the main Case Tracker, but nothing is physically deleted. Admin can restore a case back to the active list at any time. The daily sweep runs at 09:00; use Run sweep now to catch up immediately.

When Off, the sidebar role toggle disappears and admin nav / pages are gated strictly by the role returned from /api/me. Flip this when Bobby is ready to cut over.

Xero integration
Checking Xero connection...
Once connected, invoice submissions create draft ACCPAY bills in Xero under the submitting associate. Rob reviews and approves in Xero; nothing is sent from Xero automatically. Re-run Connect if the tenant ever changes.
Text & copy
Every piece of user-facing text on the portal lives here. Edit any row and the change goes live on the next page load. Email templates support tokens like
{case_ref} or {agent_name} which get replaced automatically when the email is sent.Rooms
Rename rooms or rewrite their descriptions. Changes appear on the Room Booking page immediately.
